Toronto Fashion Week is now officially over.
After an intense week of back to back fashion shows and frantic tweeting – see @missSLY #WMCFW feeds, I am back in Montreal with over 200 pictures featuring the bold and beautiful people of Toronto, runway videos – including models taking off their heels, paparazzi style shots of few worthy and of course tons of memories.
It was great to be back in Toronto for a full season. Catching up with old friends (@fusionofeffects @SeptembreA @EurotrashGirls @Fabstyleguy …) and connecting with new (@KENTONMagazine @MrLanceChung @MissChenessa…).
Because aside from the obvious Fashion, the best part of attending such industry events is the opportunity to reconnect with peers we don’t get to see as often as we’d like – thanks to our busy schedules, and to finally meet people face to face – especially when their Twitter avatar is no longer enough.
Everything goes by so fast during fashion week that by the time reality hits you, it all feels surreal almost like emerging from a dream, with only pictures and videos as visuals reminding you that it all in fact really happened.
So I will sort out visuals captured from Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto thus far, to bring you the Canadian Fashion ‘dream’ according to miss SLY! in hopes to present you with an accurate view of what Canadian Fashion has to offer, from the people to the runways.
